This release includes many updates to the Eclipse Project Handbook and an update to the EPL 2.0.
Type A - License Compatibility Certification
All third-party content is reviewed and certified as license-compatible with the project license.
This is a major release with breaking changes. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Removal of the C++ wrapper libmosquittopp
- API consolidation in libmosquitto
All aspects of the Mosquitto project are widely used and considered to be mature and suitable for production use.
The main focus of this release has been adding support for the MQTT v5 specification, which a major update to the MQTT protocol.
The project is being proposed for graduation with this release because the project is in a mature state.

This is a service release of Eclipse Kapua. The primary purpose of this release is to address some bugs and to consolidate the fixies in a service release. Release notes can be found here:
EMF Diff/Merge is a diff/merge tool for models. Its main purpose is to help build higher-level tools that need to merge models based on consistency rules. GUI components and higher-level tools, such as support for modeling patterns, model patches and model synchronization, are also provided. Typical usages include model refactoring, iterative model transformations, bridges between models or modeling tools, collaborative modeling environments, or versioning systems.
