Election for Alexei Trebounskikh as Committer on Mylyn Context

I would like to nominate Alexei Trebounskikh as a committer. He will be taking over maintenance and release engineering for Mylyn. Alexei has been ramping up on Mylyn for the last several months and has been helping me with release engineering and code reviews. He has also contributed some fixes including the following:

Granting Alexei committer status will enable him to take on the duties that I no longer have time for and keep the Mylyn projects running.
