Election for Jens Lidestrom as Committer on Eclipse Platform

I would like to nominate Jens as Platform committer. Jens took up the maintenance of the databinding framework and did update it to generics. He also updated the API, deprecated outdated parts of it and fixed databinding bugs. He also already helped with incoming code reviews. Jens is contributing in his personal time.

Jens is currently focused on databinding only, an area which AFAIK have currently so active committer looking after. Therefore he will be IMHO a great audition to our team.
