Election for Jörg Kubitz as Committer on Eclipse Platform

I would like to nominate Jörg Kubitz as Platform committer.

Jörg has a clear focus on performance and improved it in the platform as well as in Equinox and JDT. Recently he also worked on usability improvements which are planned to be merged for 4.21 (see https://git.eclipse.org/r/c/platform/eclipse.platform.ui/+/184395) .

Jörg also improved over the last release his community interaction by reacting fast and politely to feedback in his Gerrits and also started reviewing incoming Gerrits from other contributors.

Jörg has also multiple pending Gerrits which are planned to be merged for the 4.21 release, see https://git.eclipse.org/r/q/project:platform/eclipse.platform.ui+status…
