Election for Dawid Pakula as Committer on Eclipse Platform

I would like to nominate Dawid Pakuła as platform committer. Dawid is the project lead of PDT and has a lot of workaround in PDT which he would like to contribute back to platform. He also works on language server support using GenericTextEditor as he moves PDT away from WTP SSE.
