Election for Martin Henselmeyer as Committer on Eclipse Cloe™

Martin Henselmeyer recently started as a full time employee on the Eclipse Cloe team and will be heavily involved in the open source aspects of the project.
He has already contributed to the project in the past in form of:
- several commits (unfortunately the commit history was not retained during the beginning of the project),
- consulting in any topics touching C++, including the design of various central APIs,
- strong involvement in the deployment of Cloe to internal customer projects.

For these reasons and the long-term outlook for their involvement on the
team, it is my pleasure to nominate Martin as a committer on Eclipse Cloe.
