Lutz Reinhardt is maintaining the S-CORE devcontainer (together with Oliver Pajonk) and leading the SOME/IP Gateway discussions. Therefore it would make sense to establish him as an official committer to document that fact, and enable review workflow to follow what we are already living.
His first contributions date back ~7 months now.

It is my pleasure to nominate Lutz Reinhardt as a committer on Eclipse Safe Open Vehicle Core.

|---|---|---|
| Alexander Lanin | +1 | +1 implied by nomination |
| Dan Calavrezo | +1 | |
| Maximilian Soeren Pollak | +1 | Lutz has been a great addition with his work in the DevContainer and his overall involvement in rolling that out and supporting it. |
| Andrey Babanin | 0 | I haven't had a chance to work with Lutz yet. |
| Uwe Maucher | 0 | not in contact so far |
| Philipp Ahmann | +1 | I am not working with Lutz on a daily base, but took a look into his GitHub history and also the contributions to the dev container. He seems to be a good addition to S-CORE. One point I want to raise based on the nomination statement: I see that Lutz started last year with a around 10 commits, but see a long break between November 29th and January 21st where there was no commit to the devcontainer. However, during January he participated in various other s-core repos. Also he contributed to some s-core forked repos, I assume to prepare PRs and feedback as collaborator. |
