Election for Nikola Radakovic as Committer on Eclipse Safe Open Vehicle Core

We hereby nominate Nikola Radakovic for an Eclipse Committer Election.

Nikola is a senior software CI & Build engineer with a very high competence and experience in setting-up build & CI infrastructure, especially with focus on bazel building system.

Nikola was in the S-Core project right from the beginning and was one of the main developers to set-up S-Core project build & repo infrastructure, in particular he was author of the following merged commits:
