Enrico Risa has devoted most of his career to Open Source projects. He has been part of successful projects like OrientDB and lately the Eclipse Dataspace Components. He also like
to contribute to other various open source projects outside business hours.
In the EDC his contributions are various, from the Connector component, to other Dataspace Components such as the IdentityHub, Registration Service and helping out with
the build and the documentation.
His contributions were very welcome and he quickly gained a good position in terms of commits in the project.

Having a good experience in Open Source projects, Enrico adheres to most common Open Source rules like documentation, Code Reviews, Conventional commits, Decision Records and he also adheres to the project specific ones.
He also brings his open source expertise on processes or procedures in OSS projects that need to be sharpened.
