Election for Theresa Hilger as Committer on Eclipse Tractus-X

Nominee
Role Type
Criteria

Theresa Hilger, our main release management contributor, has been an integral part of the Eclipse Tractus-X project since July 2024, her contributions have been impactful, as he actively participates in discussions and consistently enhances core projects through optimizations and improved feature and release planning quality.

Without Theresa, our Eclipse Tractus-X project would not have had the opportunity to release 4 times at year, with a very detailed planning which make us reliable for adopters of Eclipse Tractus-X.

Her work, made us more mature and stable. Her main contributions are not specifically code (Builder), however she has been there doing the work that sustain us developers and needs to be done. This election is under the category "Explorer" which was announced at our community days, where contributors which are not doing 100% coding, but are activly working (PR & Issues), contribute with documentation, release planning and participate actively on the community can also become committers according to the meritocracy principle of the Eclipse Foundation.

Because of this, the election may be more large, becasue it contains several links, which makes transparent the hard work from Theresa at Eclipse Tractus-X.

Björn Roy +1 The non-technical part of release management is a task not to be underestimated in importance for the professional delivery of our complex project.
