Election for Tom Meyer as Committer on Eclipse Tractus-X

Tom Meyer (GitHub Username: tom-rm-meyer-ISST, Eclipse Username: tommeyerisst) is an active member, software engineer, and architect in the PURIS team and one of the developers of the PURIS demonstrator. He has also participated as a project contributor for the past few months. Tom participates in the DevSecOps office hours, if support is needed.
