Election for Alexander Fedorov as Committer on Eclipse Platform

I would like to nominate Alexander for committer. Alexander is an existing PDE committer and demonstrated interest in working on platform code to make it more e4 friendly. He already provided some e4 friendly dialogs and is currently working in a e4 replacement of the about dialog including the usage of OSGi services. He also helped in reducing code duplication and cleaning up compiler warnings. Alexander is also actively involved in bug discussion and Gerrit code reviews.
