Election for Mat Booth as Committer on Eclipse Platform

Mat Booth is doing releng work for Eclipse for quite a few years already. He has helped shaping many of the updates in Batik, Lucene, ICU4J and etc. in the last years by doing builds in Fedora and based on this work other members of the team upstreamed the work . It is time let him do the work himself directly. His numerous contributions are listed below (JDT and PDE included as these are again releng work) :
