Election for Nikita Nemkin as Committer on Eclipse Platform

I would like to nominate Nikita.

Nikitas focus seems on the maintenance of the SWT code, e.g., removing outdated code and replacing deprecated code. He also worked on features and performance improvements. Nikita started working on the SWT Win code base but recently also contribute to the Cocoa code base, two areas which can benefit from more development power.

With already 35 contribution in the SWT code base and multiple open Gerrits he is one of the most active developers of the SWT code base and is very open to feedback.
