Election for Rolf Theunissen as Committer on Eclipse Platform

I would like to nominate Rolf Theunissen.

Rolf started contributing to SWT, making is possible to compile SWT GTK for Windows. His recent work involves fixing and stabilizing tests in platform UI and reactivating disabled test suites. He also works on the critical area of menu and toolbar rendering and fixed already lots of very old bugs in this area.

Rolf helps also already with reviewing incoming Gerrits.
