Election for Thomas Wolf as Committer on Eclipse Platform

I would like to nominate Thomas Wolf.

Since years Thomas is one of the most active developers of Egit and JGit.
We in platform benefit from his work by having faster and easier to use Git tooling.

AFAIK Thomas contributes in his free time.Thomas seems to have a strong focus on performance and contributed multiple patches to platform which makes the usage of Eclipse much faster. He is also a very community orientated developer, very friendly and already helped with multiple Gerrit reviews in platform. This will help us to grow our Eclipse developer community.
