Jakarta Interceptors™ 2.2

This is a minor release of the Interceptors project to add a standard way to the the interceptor bindings from the jakarta.interceptor.InvocationContext. The language source and target level will remain at Java SE 8.

It is backwards compatible with the 2.1 release
