Election for Sören Domrös as Committer on Eclipse Layout Kernel

As part of the Embedded and Real-Time Systems group at Kiel University (where all other project members originally came from as well), Sören contributed a number of bug fixes and features (see the list of his pull requests at GitHub [1]). With a major overhaul of our rectangle packing algorithm, Sören just contributed his first major feature to the project (see, for example, pull request #499 at GitHub [2]). As soon as Chris leaves the group, Sören will be the head of layout algorithm development there and will supervise student projects that result in code contributions to ELK.
