Election for Yoann Pruvost as Committer on OpenHW Group CORE-V Cores

Yoann has started contributing to the OpenHW Group CORE-V Cores team a year ago.
He has been working on switching CV32E40Pv2 core-v-verif test-bench from Step-and-Compare 1.0 to ImperasDV methodology.
He has added everything needed to verify Floating-Point, Zfinx and PULP Custom extensions as well.

For that purpose, he created respectively 8 and 7 Pull Requests granted and merged in cv32e40p and core-v-verif repositories.

Once ImperasDV methodology switch will be stable, he will work on CV32E40Pv2 core for bug corrections.
