Roland is the the lead of Orbit. Orbit is on of the key customer of the EBR Maven plug-in. Roland demonstrated that he has deep knowledge about OSGi-ifying libraries and the EBR Maven plug-in. His help will be huge benefit to the project and also secure its development going forward.
