Thien Nguyen has been a full time employee of ORNL for 2 years, and has been
a core developer on the Eclipse XACC project under that capacity. His impact
on the project has been enormous. His PRs have helped guide XACC into
pulse-level programming, HPC circuit simulation, advanced circuit synthesis
and optimization, just to name a few.
