Compatibility
API compatibility is maintained with previous 3.x PDT releases. PDT 3.7 will run at least 4.5 and newer Eclipse Platform releases.
API that will removed/changed in 4.0 release, will be marked as @Deprecated

PDT has all Strings externalized.
