I'm nominating Keith Chong to be a committer. In addition to 42 earlier commits, both large and small,
when I discovered that we hadn't completely prepared for the removal of TableTree and TableTreeViewer
from the Platform, he wasted no time before working the problem and creating a Gerrit change to get
the Common Tools building again. Given his long history of contributions to the Common Tools, and
leadership of our Web Services Tools project, it's almost an oversight that he isn't already a
Committer.
