This is a minor release that includes some additional packages and removes some deprecated functionality. The name of the Parallel package download has also been changed.

Some documentation has been updated to match the latest features.
There still seems to be a fairly strong user community, and there has been recent interest from the Exascale Computing Project (ECP) that may extend the user base further. The committer community is now down to one or two part time committers, although this may change if interest from ECP increases.
