Lukas is an Oracle employee and one of engineers who participated in JAXB/JAXWS/WSIT development. He was JAXWS and SAAJ specifications maintenance lead. He is a person who prepared JAXB spec for Spec Committee review. JAXB project currently has no leader. I think Lukas is a perfect candidate for this role.
