Election for Fabrice Tiercelin as Committer on Eclipse JDT (Java development tools)

I'd like to nominate Fabrice Tiercelin as a committer on the JDT project.

Over the last 8 months, Fabrice has contributed a number of very useful JDT UI cleanup/quickfix enhancements that have been used to improve JDT itself.
Fabrice has also performed bug fixing, created N&N entries, and done reorganization of JDT tests. Fabrice's enhancements come as part of migrating the
AutoRefactor plug-in functionality into Eclipse (118 items in total) and he intends to continue that migration work which will result in additional enhancements
to the JDT. I think Fabrice would make a good addition to the JDT team.
