Election for Julian Honnen as Committer on Eclipse JDT (Java development tools)

I'd like to nominate Julian Honnen (julian.honnen@vector.com) as committer
on the eclipse.jdt project.

Julian is a committer on Eclipse Platform, PDE and since the start of this
year, has made many contributions to JDT Core and UI. In particular, Julian
has introduced the subword matching feature and addressed various bugs in
content assist. He has been helpful in reviewing patches as well as in bug
triage, and the milestone verification process. I think he would make a
great addition to our team.
