Stephane has been an adopter of DTP for a couple years due to his involvement in the JBoss Tools project and productization work for Red Hat CodeReady Studio.
Nick wants to step down. Stephane has the skills to continue keeping DTP builds alive and contributing it to the simrel.
For these reasons and the long-term outlook for their involvement on the team, it is my pleasure to nominate Stephane *as a committer* for the Eclipse Data Tools Platform project.
(Because as Wayne pointed out, you can be a lead without commit rights. Why? *shrug-emoji*
