Election for Vasil Ivanov as Committer on Eclipse Leda

Vasil Ivanov started to contribute to the Eclipse Leda project already more than half a year ago and made a big impact on the project.

He has addressed the following topics and contributed them with Pull Requests
- Implementation of two Leda-Utils components in Rust:
- Kanto User Interface, a replacement for k9s which works with Eclipse Kanto and helps users to navigate and manage the lifecycle of containerized vehicle applications
- Kanto Auto Deployer, a system service which automatically deploys new or updated Kanto containers on file changes, which helps users a lot during development of new vehicle application containers.
- Maintenance of meta-leda BitBake recipes
- Writing documentation for the public Leda website: Customization of boot image to other hardware; Description of the Leda utilities; Detailed information about U-Boot and the RAUC integration
- He was also testing contributions not only on virtual devices (QEMU), but made the effort to verify Leda images on Raspberry Pi devices.
