Election for Nhan Luong as Project Lead on Eclipse Autowrx

today I would like to nominate Nhan Luong Nguyen, who has been actively participating in the Eclipse Autowrx project for many months now. He has shown great progress in learning and bringing Autowrx forward. I'm sure he will be a good addition to Autowrx in a project lead role.
