Election for Lorenzo Appino as Committer on Eclipse openPASS

Hereby, we nominate Lorenzo Appino for an Eclipse Committer Election.
Lorenzo brings a sound understanding of the ASAM simulation standards and has contributed through according implementations in the gt-gen-core, openscenarioengine and mantle-api. Within openPASS, he created well-formed issue reports, participated in technical discussions and reviews. Some of his code contribution can be seen in the following MRs:
