Election for Dominik Jantschar as Committer on Eclipse openPASS

We hereby nominate Dominik Jantschar for an Eclipse Committer Election.

Dominik brings a good understanding of the Eclipse infrastructure and processes. In his contributions, he has been enhancing and pushing gt-gen-core and openscenario1-engine, e.g. by adding support for traffic sink actions and resolved technical debt for the team.
