Kaspar has had a key role in the TSF project since its earliest days and is actively engaged in leading the project and shaping its direction.
He has made [numerous contributions](https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/tsf/tsf/-/commits/main?author=Kaspar…) to the TSF project documentation, regularly [raises](https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/tsf/tsf/-/issues/?sort=created_date&…), triages and comments on issues, and is one of the main reviewers of MR contributions.
Kaspar co-presented a [talk about TSF at OSS EU](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zsmhZrZnRL8) and regularly participates in the bi-weekly Eclipse TSF Q&A Sessions.
It is my pleasure to nominate Kaspar as a project lead on Eclipse Trustable Software Framework.
