Election for Dirk Fauth as Committer on Eclipse APP4MC

Dirk joined our team six month ago. He
- refactored the code base of the migration component (see the number of lines changed ;-)
- removed local third party dependencies (moved jdom2 and jaxen to orbit)
- updated the maven/tycho builds
In his other role (dirk.fauth@googlemail.com) he is project lead of the Nebula NatTable project and Eclipse Platform committer.
