Beyond code, Dominik has served as project lead of Eclipse SCM (Stochastic Cognitive Model), bringing administrative and governance experience to the working group. For the last several years, he has additionally been responsible for the integration of all openpass open-source components into BMW's internal system, ensuring the project's continued adoption and interoperability in a production environment. As part of the developer team for simulation at BMW, Dominik utilizes and contributes to openpass on a daily basis, and from August 2026 will additionally lead the Architecture Committee meetings.
