Election for Nikolla Gjeci as Committer on Eclipse openPASS

Hereby, we nominate Nikolla Gjeci for an Eclipse Committer Election.
His contributions have been instrumental in advancing discussions on the standardization of map formats within the Eclipse openPASS community.
