Election for Lauren Datz as Committer on Eclipse SDV Blueprints

Lauren has had a significant impact on the SDV Blueprints by being the main contributor to the Orchestration blueprint so far.

Through this work, the blueprint now has, among other things, an example application to orchestrate, and several workflows for creating the containers that are required as infrastructure to execute the application.
