While the Eclipse Data Tools project is mature and the code base is stable, the project has ceased operating as an Eclipse Top Level Project, and so we are going to restructure the project as a subproject of the Eclipse Tools Top Level Project.
From a day-to-day operations point-of-view, this should have little impact on any ongoing work, builds, etc. The required changes are primarily organisational.
In practical terms, from an outside perspective the only signficant change will be that the project's Bugzilla product will be recategorized under "Tools" and the project's URL in the PMI will be different (a redirect from the old URL will be established). Internally, the five subprojects will be terminated and their source code repositories reassigned to the parent project. No URLs will be changed.
