Election for Juilee Tikekar as Committer on Eclipse AASX Package Explorer and Server

It is my pleasure to nominate Juilee Tikekar as a committer on Eclipse AASX Package Explorer (*aaspe*).

Juilee has been one of the main contributors to the *aaspe* project through her contributions to the AasxPackageExplorer software and its sister software AasxServer.
Her contributions include, and are not limited to, upgrading the AAS metamodel and the APIs as well as various functionality upgrades and the corresponding GUI changes.
Juilee is regularly contributing to [admin-shell-io/aasx-package-explorer](https://github.com/admin-shell-io/aasx-package-explorer),
the *aaspe* origin repository which will be migrated onto [eclipse-aaspe/aaspe](https://github.com/eclipse-aaspe/aaspe).

Considering her broad involvement in the software development for *aaspe*, It is crucial for Juilee to become an Eclipse Committer to continue her work during the migration and beyond.
