Election for Emil Krebs as Committer on Eclipse Langium

Emil Krebs, a part of the TypeFox team, has been working on Langium and the Langium website since last year, 2022.

He has been instrumental in setting up the following showcases for the Langium website (see commit history: https://github.com/eclipse-langium/langium-website/commits?author=emilk…):
- Statemachine
- Arithmetics
- Minilogo
- Domainmodel

He has additionally been working on several of these example contained within the Langium repo itself (see commit history: https://github.com/eclipse-langium/langium/commits?author=emilkrebs).

As such, Emil has been an important part of making Langium more transparent and accessible to new users (and potential contributors). Considering this, I would like to nominate Emil Krebs as a committer on Eclipse Langium.
