Project:
The e4 project has a set of tools that have been under development for several years, and the committers believe they have reached a level of maturity to move this work into a mature project. After discussion with Eclipse PMC, the proposal is to move e4 tools into the Eclipse Platform UI sub-project. This project has the best alignment on both technology and committers with the code being graduated.
Concretely, what we are seeking to move is the contents of this Git repository:

Given the target audience of Platform UI (any Eclipse Platform user) and the audience of e4 Tools (e4 application developers), wouldn't it make more sense to move e4 tools into PDE ?
