Andrew has been one of the most active participants in the CDI specification in the past years.
He has created multiple issues[1] as well as sent several pull requests[2] to the CDI specification and even more of them for the CDI-TCKs[3][4].
On top of that, he's been consistently working with the community - providing feedback on discussed issues, finding bugs and shortcoming in designs, suggesting improvements, attending CDI calls, joining discussion on the dev mailing list.
Apart from CDI, Andrew is also an active committer in Open Liberty, multiple MicroProfile projects and also some of their SmallRye implementations.
It is my pleasure to nominate Andrew Rouse as a committer on Jakarta Contexts and Dependency Injection.
