Ladislav has been very actively participating in Jakarta Contexts and Dependency Injection in the past months and specifically in efforts around CDI Lite.
He's been an active voice in discussions, is regularly partaking in meetings and has developed the current Lite extension proposal that we keep iterating on.
Recently, he has prototyped a solution that would allow executing build time extensions within current runtime extension SPI.
Ladislav has experience in the EE field (WildFly/Thorntail), MicroProfile (Fault Tolerance and others) and is also contributing to a build time solution (Quarkus).
All of the above areas actively use, or seek to use, CDI and Ladislav will be a great asset in making sure CDI meets the diverse needs of these environments.
For these reasons and the long-term outlook for their involvement on the
team, it is my pleasure to nominate Ladislav Thon as a committer on Jakarta Contexts and Dependency Injection.
