With this restructuring review, we will split the implementation out from the existing Jakarta Server Pages (from now on called Jakarta Pages) specification project into its own separate Eclipse open source project. Specifically, the directory containing the implementation code (https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jsp-api/tree/master/impl) will be split from the Jakarta Pages project into a separate repository managed by the new project.
The scope and description of the Jakarta Pages project will not change.
The new project will be named "Eclipse WaSP" with this information:
Scope: Eclipse WaSP provides an implementation of the Jakarta Pages specification.
Description: Eclipse WaSP implements Jakarta Pages, a technology that helps software developers create dynamically generated web pages based on HTML, XML, or other document types.
License: Eclipse Public License 2.0 with GNU General Public License, version 2 with the GNU Classpath Exception as a secondary license.

Committers: All existing Jakarta Server Pages committers will be committers on the new project.
