Background

This project is created as part of the process of transitioning Oracle Java EE 8 and GlassFish technologies to the Eclipse Foundation as described in The Eclipse Enterprise for Java Project Top Level Project Charter.

Scope

Eclipse Metro contains the source code, documentation, and tests for JAX-WS, SAAJ, Web Services Interoperability Technologies (WSIT) and StAX extensions implementations.

Description

Eclipse Metro is a high-performance, extensible, easy-to-use web service stack. It is a one-stop shop for all your web service needs, from the simplest hello world web service to reliable, secured, and transacted web service that involves .NET services.

Why Here?
