Eclipse Capra 0.8.2

This service release contains a number of bug fixes and minor improvements that improve the overall user experience and the code base. Some highlights include:

• Improved visualisations in PlantUML and Sunburst view (#1, #2, #3)
• Links can now be deleted from Matrix view
• Handler for MS Office files now uses relative paths
• New handler for Open Dependability Exchange (ODE) models
• Trace links now differentiate origins and targets by default
