Eclipse Layout Kernel 0.6.1

This is mainly a bug fix release to fix a number of issues found in release 0.6.0. Apart from that, however, we also introduce two new features:

• The Rectangle Packing layout algorithm is finally being shipped.
• Port label placement now supports next-to-port labels for outside port labels as well, with some configurability.
