Election for Leo Dos Santos as Committer on Eclipse Mylyn Docs

I'd like to nominate Leo Dos Santos as a committer on the Mylyn Docs project.

Leo has made numerous contributions dating as far back as 2014, with the most recent being June of 2018. He has consistently shown willingness to work within the guidelines of the project, and has provided valuable contributions with the appropriate degree of rigour, respectful collaboration, and openness. I think Leo would make a great addition to the team.
