Francesco has been working on EDDIE since the beginning. In the Oniro Blueprint
project he maintains the eddie blueprint layer and takes care of the
integration of the latest changes from EDDIE as well as updating the layer to
work with the latest Oniro changes.

From the current 43 commits in the repo Francesco has authored 39 (90%).

His work touched everything from creating recipes for new components, staying
up to date with upstream Oniro changes, recipe maintenance as well as new feature
integration.

For these reasons, and the long-term outlook for his involvement in the
team, it is my pleasure to nominate Francesco as a committer on Eclipse Oniro
Blueprint project.
