Election for Frédéric Madiot as Committer on Eclipse Capella

Dear all,

I would like to nominate Frédéric Madiot as a new committer on Capella.
Frédéric has been contributing various bugfixes and enhancements for Capella website since several months [1]. He is currently the main active contributor on the web site (more than 80% of the commits over the last two months). His activity is and will remain be on the website repository [2] and not on the source code of Capella [3].
